From Inception in 2004, SCORE has worked with vulnerable communities in Kisumu, Kakamega, Nyamira, Vihiga and Siaya Counties reaching over 100,000 OVC at an estimated budget of Ksh 240 Million. In partnership with Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF), Vibrant Village Foundation (VVF) and Rural Inclusion (RI). SCORE is currently implementing SHAPE Project (Sustainable Household Agricultural Productivity and Empowerment) and VOICE Project (Village Opportunities for Inclusive Community Empowerment) targeting 2000 OVC in 650 households in Siaya County

As an Institution, SCORE has gained significantly from USAID Implementing Partners institutional strengthening and organizational capacity development initiatives towards strengthening SCORE’s  structures and systems as well as long term adaptive capacity.
